Quotations, Rates and Charges
All prices are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. (Current Rate 20%) All quotations are valid for 30 days. Quotations do not include waiting time, parking, tolls or telephone charges. (Waiting time is charged at the agreed tariff rate.) Gratuities are at the Customer’s discretion. Final journey charges will be calculated after journey details confirmed by chauffeur, depending on actual route taken and any other relevant factors. The chauffeur will take the most efficient route, unless client specifically requests otherwise. Charges applicable for no shows or cancellations.
Our business operations are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Information (Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Within 24 hours of the transfer the full fee will be due. Within 48 hours of the transfer 50% of the fee will be due. If the booking is amended a refund is at the discretion of the service provider if unavailable due to the change in booking. If you cannot locate your chauffeur and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting Arrow Chauffeurs to try and resolve the situation, you will be charged the tariff rate based agreed. Surcharges will apply on Bank Holidays as follows: - Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: 100% In the event that the interior of the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the Customer, a valeting charge and expenses of loss of time charge will apply. Arrow Chauffeurs reserve the right to review the charges to take account of movements in the Retail Price Index, currency fluctuations, fuel, legislative changes or any other charges outside of our control.
Full payment will be taken either prior to the journey or at the supply of service. If payment by cheque funds must clear prior to journey. Corporate clients will be invoiced for payment within 30 days.pence will be levied to cover the costs of credit card processing.
Arrow Chauffeurs accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to property, however such loss or damage may have been caused. In the event of property being left in a vehicle, we will organise a suitable method of return or collection. In the event of any claim against Arrow Chauffeurs arising out of its performance of hire, the Company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the journey. Any other payments will be entirely at the discretion of the Company.
Maximum of 3 passengers
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian/responsible adult. 'Booster seats' can be provided upon request at time of booking.
Due to risk of damage or soiling to the vehicle's leather upholstery animals are not permitted. Assistance dogs are permitted.
Drink or Drugs and Unreasonable or Improper Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicle to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or their behaviour poses a threat to the safety of our chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passengers within the vehicle. The journey will be terminated due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger. No refund or partial refund will be given.
Consumption of Food and Drink
At the discretion of the chauffeur.
Limitation of Liability
Arrow Chauffeurs exclude all warranties, express or implied relating to this web site. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Our hourly daytime rate is £45.00 with a minimum 2 hour charge. Our daily hire rate is £255.00 including 50 miles and thereafter £1.75 per mile.
